Terms of Service

The service

SpendRaven provides web analytics software that helps you understand your website traffic and ad spend performance. The service includes a tracking script, a dashboard, Bayesian forecasting, and related tools. By using SpendRaven, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You may use SpendRaven to track traffic on websites you own or have permission to monitor. You may not:

  • Track websites you do not own or have authorization to monitor
  • Use SpendRaven for surveillance, stalking, or any malicious purpose
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service
  • Resell access to the service without a written agreement

Payment

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All prices are in USD. If payment fails, your account will revert to the Free tier. You will not lose historical data within your retention window. We do not offer partial-month refunds on monthly plans, but we do offer prorated refunds within 30 days of any charge on request.

Your data

You own your data. We store it on your behalf. You can export it at any time by contacting support. If you close your account, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, then delete it permanently.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid amounts prorated to the unused period.

Liability limitations

SpendRaven is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the date at the top and notify active customers by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
